AvatarX Collab

Crew the film. Co-produce it. Pre-sell it.

AvatarX Talent and AvatarX Pool in one application: crew a film with profiles, auditions and booking, then package the project and put it in front of partners.

01 / AVATARX COLLAB

Two sides, one place

Talent roster

Create a profile with its own link, photos, self-tapes, credits, skills, languages and rates. Applications are unlimited on every tier, including free.

Casting and crewing

Post auditions and technical briefs. Search talent by skill, location, language, age and physical attributes, and shortlist role by role.

Project packaging

Build a market-ready project profile with a logline, creative package, team, media, budget and financing plan through a guided seven-step flow.

Partner discovery

Publish projects on a marketplace where partners browse, save a watchlist and register indicative interest. Nothing is committing until both sides sign.

02 / AVATARX COLLAB

For talent and production houses

Profile and portfolio

Use a public profile on a custom link. Paid tiers add unlimited photos, videos and self-tapes, a verified badge and a personal dashboard.

Apply without limits

Apply to auditions and technical briefs without an application limit on any tier. The top tier adds a weekly matched brief feed and priority placement in producer search.

Be seen, and pitch direct

Profile Boost places talent at the top of producer search for seven days. Direct Pitch puts a message and self-tape above the application pile without revealing a producer's contact.

Know who is looking

View counts are available on every tier. Paid tiers show the names and companies behind views, along with application performance analytics.

Contact and booking

Use contact reveals on a quarterly allowance, a chat portal that opens on mutual contact, audition scheduling and self-tape requests. Talent are never charged for a producer's contact details.

Managed Representation

A named manager submits talent for briefs on their behalf.

Managed Casting

A dedicated casting director handles a project from the brief to cast lock.

03 / AVATARX COLLAB

For projects and partners

Seven steps to a package

Complete basics, creative package, team, media and financial information, then preview and submit.

Creative materials

Organise a poster, trailer, concept art, lookbook and pitch deck. Order and group materials and designate one image as the project's own.

Reviewed, then published

Move through draft, in review, published and archived. A Collab agent can request changes or publish. Content locks during review, and every step sits on an audit timeline.

The marketplace

Browse featured, agent-selected, emerging filmmaker, recently published, financing now and international shelves, with search, category and budget-range filters.

Financing profile

Set the budget and funding target. Track pre-sales, co-production, distributor advance, equity, incentive or grant sources as planned, expected, committed or secured.

Watchlist and interest

Follow a project quietly or register interest with an indicative figure or range and preferred contact method. A watch is not interest, and interest is not a commitment.

Introductions and coordination

Direct agreements

Collab introduces and coordinates. Terms are agreed between the parties and their own advisers.

No deal-money handling

Collab never moves, holds or settles money.
